Welcome to KopyKraft. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and learning platforms. By using KopyKraft, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

KopyKraft provides:

• One-on-one English language coaching
   
• Creative writing coaching
   
• Resume and LinkedIn profile building
   
• Interview preparation
   

All services are delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By registering, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete.

• Payment is required before the commencement of services.
   
• Pricing varies by service and package selected.
   
• Refunds are only granted in cases of technical failure or inability to deliver the service, and at the discretion of KopyKraft.
   
• Missed or canceled sessions without 24 hours' notice are non-refundable.
   

Clients may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in service termination without a refund.

All content provided by KopyKraft — including lesson materials, templates, and guides — is the intellectual property of KopyKraft and may not be copied, shared, or resold without written permission.

We expect all learners and instructors to engage respectfully. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of services.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used to provide and improve our services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

KopyKraft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our services. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee job placement or employment outcomes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised Terms.
